About the role

You’ll plan, launch, optimize and scale paid media across Meta and Google. Your job is not “running ads” — it’s building a repeatable performance engine with clear attribution, strong creative testing, and conversion-first landing flows.

Responsibilities

  • Own budget allocation, scaling strategy, and weekly performance reviews.
  • Run structured creative testing (angles, hooks, formats, iterations).
  • Improve conversion rate using landing-page + funnel insights.
  • Build dashboards and report CPL/ROAS/CPA with clarity.
  • Collaborate with design + content for high-quality ad assets.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Meta Ads + Google Ads experience with real performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion rate, and attribution.
  • Ability to think in numbers and communicate learnings clearly.
  • Comfortable working fast with ownership and accountability.

Good to have

  • Experience with Performance Max and creative strategy frameworks.
  • Basic GA4 + GTM understanding.
